Liz finds out that New York City's Subway Hero is none other than her ex-boyfriend, Dennis. Jack wants to use that to his advantage and book Dennis on the show for ratings. Liz asks Dennis to be on the show, but he's too preoccupied with thinking fate has brought them together once again.

Jack has no idea who Bucky even is, but Kenneth does. Bucky takes the time to tell Kenneth stories of the old days at NBC.

Tracy stops in the middle of the taping and realizes that black Americans are always going to vote Democratic and there's nothing he or Jack can do about it. Jack agrees and instead puts Tracy on TV to tell black Americans to not even bother voting.
