Jack came up with the brilliant idea of trading places with Kenneth the Page for a day. It was all part of a GE-sponsored "Bottoms Up" program, where somebody in management trades places for a day with somebody below them. Kenny was excited for the switch.

Liz and Jenna were taking turns flirting with two guys from MSNBC. They called the guys 'The Head' and 'The Hair.' One was a brain, while the other was super good looking. When Liz went looking for The Head, she ran into The Hair and engaged in some witty conversation. Liz was surprised when The Hair, who's real name was Greg, ended up asking her out.

Liz went to the restaurant opening where she met up with Greg. She felt so out of her element surrounded by all the pretty people. Jenna called to check up on her and Liz told her she just wanted to go home. She left the restaurant and Greg chased after her. They loved the idea and were surprised that Kenneth knew what he was talking about when it came to contract negotiations. Jack felt proud of Kenneth. But Kenneth's show later proved to be a failure.
