It was negotiation time for Jack when it came down to Josh's contract. Jack was excited about this time of year, but wasn't excited to be dealing with Josh's hotshot agent, Alan. Jack offered Josh a whole dollar extra in his contract. But Alan knew he could do better for his client, especially when earlier Liz had shared privileged information with Josh.
Kenneth earned a spot in Tracy's entourage, but he wasn't playing by all the rules. Kenneth wasn't letting Tracy get away with the things that the rest of his posse usually let him get away with. Later on the rest of the entourage put Kenneth in his place, letting him know that Tracy was always right and that he always wins!
Jenna had gone on 'Hardball' to defend her quotes found in Maxim magazine. She ended up making matters worst when she said the troops should kill Obama and she was going to vote for Osama. Later on, Jack was still mad at Liz for ruining his negotiations with Josh and now wanted her to clean up Jenna's mess.
Tracy developed a new found respect for Kenneth when he discovered Kenneth was the only member of the entourage who never lied to him. Tracy said Kenneth was the only member of his entourage from now on.
Liz couldn't believe Josh was negotiating a deal with a rival network behind her back. She was so furious she went to Jack and asked him to crush Josh during contract negotiations. Jack's idea of crushing Josh was extending his contract with no pay raise and Alan agreed. That was after Jack sabotaged Josh's plan of switching networks.
Tracy left the studio and found himself mobbed by a crowd of people who were protesting Jenna's comments on 'Hardball'. When Kenneth couldn't do anything to save Tracy, his old entourage stepped in and freed him from the crowd. He realized he really did love his friends and welcomed them back into the entourage.
